1. How to Register & Log In

New Pandit Registration: If you are using the application for the first time, click on Register and fill in your details:

Existing Users: If you already have an account, log in using your registered Mobile Number and password/ Aadhar OTP.

2. What is the Use of Coins?

Coins are used to keep your account active, access verified customer leads, and unlock priority benefits on the platform.

Priority Lead Access: Having coins in your Recharge Wallet allows you to view and accept customer leads 3 minutes before unpaid or non-recharge pandits.
100% Verified Leads: We ensure all booking requests sent to you are authentic and verified.
Flexible Lead Acceptance: You can accept leads using either your Recharge Wallet or Gift Wallet.

3. Understanding Your Wallets: Recharge vs. Gift Wallet

To check your coin balance, log in to your account and go to the Wallet section. You will see two wallet types:

A. Recharge Wallet (Priority Access)

To get priority booking leads and premium status, keep your Recharge Wallet topped up.

Lead Conversion Rate – 1 Rupee = 1 Coin (200 Coins = 1 Lead).
Deduction – 200 coins are deducted whenever you accept a lead. A minimum balance of 200 coins is required to claim a priority lead.
Key Benefits3-Minute Priority Access: Receive lead alerts 3 minutes earlier than non-recharged pandits (Pandits without recharge will receive lead notifications 3 minutes later).
1. Exclusive Allocation: One lead is assigned to only one Pandit Ji at a time.

Note: Coins are deducted for providing a verified lead. Converting the lead into a final booking is the Pandit Ji’s responsibility. 99Pandit does not guarantee conversions.

B. Gift Wallet (Free Trial & Monthly Renewal)

When you join 99Pandit, we welcome you with free bonus coins to help you start taking bookings immediately.

Welcome Bonus – Get 600 free coins automatically credited upon your first registration.
Monthly Renewal Cycle – Your Gift Wallet balance resets every month. Any unused coins from the previous month will expire, and 600 fresh gift coins will be added to your wallet for the new month.
Alternative Option (Fallback): If your Recharge Wallet runs out of coins or drops below the 200-coin threshold, you can continue to claim customer leads using the balance in your Gift Wallet (note that this will be subject to a 3-minute notification delay).
