Cancellation and Refund Policy

We, the team at 99Pandit, reserve the right to accept the new registration on our website, https://99pandit.com/; however, this also allows us to cancel the service/services purchased and may offer a refund for one or more services if the registrant has cancelled the service/services.

For Pandits

1. Verified Leads Only:

99Pandit provides verified leads, not guaranteed or confirmed Puja bookings. Acceptance of a lead does not ensure that the Puja will be completed.

2. No Refund on User Cancellation or Pandit Change:

Once a lead has been assigned, no refund will be provided if the user cancels the Puja, postpones it, or chooses another Pandit.

3. One Lead, One Pandit:

Each verified lead is assigned to only one Pandit. The same lead is not shared with multiple Pandits.

4. Lead Acceptance Responsibility:

Before accepting a lead, Pandits should carefully review all available details. Once accepted, the lead is considered utilized and is non-refundable.

5. Policy Acceptance:

By accepting leads through the 99Pandit platform, Pandits acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Account Deletion & Balance Policy for Pandits

• Pandits are advised that upon requesting account deletion, any remaining balance or coins available in their account will be forfeited.
• No refund will be issued under any circumstances for unused balances or coins at the time of account closure.
• Pandits are encouraged to use their available balance and coins before initiating an account deletion request.
• Once the deletion process is complete, all associated balances and coins will be permanently removed and will be non-refundable.
• By proceeding with account deletion, Pandits acknowledge and accept these terms.

Professional Conduct and Account Suspension

Pandit Ji and all users are expected to communicate respectfully with the 99Pandit team, staff, and other representatives at all times. The use of abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language or behavior towards any 99Pandit team member or staff is strictly prohibited.

If any Pandit or user violates this requirement, 99Pandit reserves the right to temporarily block or suspend their account for up to 15 days, without prior notice. Any violation of 99Pandit’s Terms & Conditions, rules, policies, or guidelines may result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, as deemed appropriate by 99Pandit.
