After a few days, Goddess Parvati also went to Mount Kailash disguised in front of Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva was preparing for his daily evening prayers. Goddess Parvati appeared in front of her husband, wearing red clothes, big eyes, a dark complexion, and a lean body. Lord Shiva asked the Goddess about her identity; the Goddess replied that she was the daughter of a Chandal and had come to do penance.
Lord Shiva recognized the Goddess and said! He is going to give the fruits of penance to the ascetic. Saying this, he held the Goddess’s hand and got immersed in love. After that, the Goddess requested Lord Shiva to attack her; Lord Shiva blessed this form of her to be in the Chandalini complexion and gave her many supernatural powers.
