According to the Hindu Vedic calendar, Pratipada Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Magh month will start on 29 January 2025 at 6.05 pm which will end on January 30, 2025, at 4:10 pm.
According to this, Magh Gupt Navratri 2025 will start on Thursday, 30th January. Gupt Navratri will end on Friday, 7 February 2025.
In a year, four Navratri are celebrated in India. These Navratris fall in Chaitra, Ashwin, Ashadh, and Magh months.
Navratri that falls during Magh month is known as Magh Gupta Navratri. The Kalash Sthapna is done on the first day of Navratri.
