Note: The temple usually opens on Wednesdays up to late night (10:30 PM or 11:00 PM) to organise the weekly fair and the surge of devotees.

The development of the temple was given to Seth Jairam Paliwal and Mahant Shiv Narain, who constructed the temple in four years, and it was completed in 1761.
A design resembling a Scottish castle was made at the place for Maharaja Madho Singh’s son, and the temple was placed within it.
The covered place is not accessible for visitors; it’s a private place, but the temple is open for all. Hence, it is named Moti Dungri, which was developed at the bottom of Moti Dungri hill.
The word Moti means in English ‘a pearl’, while Dungri means ‘a small hill’ in the local language.

The temple complex covers around 2 km, and its building has three domes that show the three main religions followed in the country.
